Dnyansadhana Shikshan Prasarak Mandal, Nivade was established in 1992. Hon’ble Chairman Shri P. G. Shinde founded the institution to provide higher education and to create the awareness about it in the hilly and rural area. The Institution has accepted an Emblem ‘Sarvang Sundar Jeevan Yasathi Shikshan’ (Education for overall beautiful life). Higher education was possible only to the few rich in the Taluka, and it was beyond the reach of the girls and the poor in the area. After the establishment of our college, higher education is easily available to all in the Taluka. We are proud that due to our institutional efforts, the first girl graduated from Gaganbavda Taluka from our college in 1997.
In 2006, the Institution purchased land measuring 2.89 acres, for the college. As per the schedule, all classes are being conducted in a new building from 1st January 2009. The institution has decided to provide maximum facilities to students for sports and games in near future.
